Keynote speaker, AnimeGo Japanese Pop Culture Festival, Adelaide 2023
Stuart delivered a presentation on Japanese manga and anime and its influence on Western pop culture at our AnimeGO festival in 2023. He is lively, visually entertaining, engaging, and an expert in not only pop culture but also languages and their relationship to culture. Stuart also offered an in-person ‘meet-and-greet’ with the audience after the presentation, which was a great chance for the festival attendees to ask questions.

Keynote Speaker - Nexus Pop Culture Convention - Aug 8 & 9, 2020
Nexus Con is a youth-orientated event aimed at both bringing people together and presenting diverse and educational topics. Stuart contributed two highly informative panels, with his presentation on Constructed Languages gaining a lot of highly positive feedback from the audience. As the host for Stuart's panels, I found him very professional and able to adapt easily on the fly for any comments and questions I had for him. His passion and enthusiasm are able to bring his presentations to life in a way that engages the audience and inspires interest in the topic.

Keynote Speaker - City of Unley Town Hall, September 1 - 2016
The event consisted of a daytime academic presentation to schools about the Tintin character, his adventures, and his influence in a global society, followed by an evening presentation to the attending general public about Stuart's thesis investigation of Tintin's creator and the controversies of his employment as an illustrator during the Second World War.
Stuart is committed and passionate about the projects he is engaged in. He is a highly professional and organised person to work with. His ability to engage audiences at all levels through knowledge and understanding of learning processes is commendable. Stuart is well educated and passionate about his subject and I would be very pleased to engage him on future projects.

Bonjour Perth French Festival
“We had the pleasure to welcome Stuart A Blair in Perth for our 2016 French festival. Stuart rove the festival as “Tintin” and presented his work through a talk. The crowd really enjoyed meeting Tintin and Milou, having a chat and taking photos. Stuart is a professional entertainer and Tintin historian who will connect with your audience like no other.
